As fall quickly approaches, Ontario residents still have a few weekends to enjoy summer weather.
Fall officially begins on Sept. 22, but cooler temperatures, particularly in the evenings, have started.
Those looking forward to more summer weather will see a mixed bag this weekend.
Friday could be a bit warmer with a high of 24 C forecast in Mississauga, Toronto, Brampton, Burlington, and Oakville, according to Environment and Climate Change Canada. Lows of around 9 C are forecast for Friday night.
It will be slightly cooler in Durham Region, Hamilton and Niagara Region with highs around 22 C.
There is a 30 per cent chance of rain on Friday afternoon and strong wind gusts up to 90 km/h are expected in some parts of the province.
Saturday looks to be the best day of the weekend with a high of 21 C forecast and a mix of sun and cloud, according to Environment Canada.
But don’t forget a jacket if you are heading out in the evening, a low of around 10 C is expected.
On Sunday, rain may return with a 60 per cent chance of showers during the day and a 30 per cent chance in the evening. A high of 18 C and a low of 8 C is forecast.
