The Wentworth St. and Oxford St. Oshawa Circle K has been robbed three times since January - via Google Maps.

A south Oshawa Circle K convenience store has been robbed for the second time in as many months.

In the latest robbery, a man walked into the Circle K on Wentworth St. and Oxford St. shortly before 2 a.m. on March 8. The suspect pulled a knife and demanded cash from the worker.

The robber grabbed an unspecified amount of money and ran east from the scene on Wentworth St. The worker was physically unharmed. Responding officers searched the area, but did not find the robber.

This suspect is described as a slim white man in a blue winter jacket, grey pants, blue gloves, and a black face mask. He also had a blue shopping bag.

Weeks before, on Jan. 25, another man entered the same Circle K around 6 a.m. He too pulled a knife on the cashier and demanded money and packs of cigarettes. Once he’d grabbed the goods, he fled north up Oxford St.

Anyone with information about the robberies can call the Durham Police Robbery Unit at 1-888-579-1520 ext. 5355 or Durham Regional Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
