Unidentified suspect sought in Oshawa Circle K robbery

A search in underway for the unidentified suspect who robbed a Circle K convenience store in South Oshawa.

According to Durham Regional Police, the man walked into the Circle K on Wentworth St. and Oxford St. at around 6 a.m. on Jan. 25.

The man pulled a knife on the cashier and demanded cash and packs of smokes. After grabbing the goods, the man fled the store on foot, heading north. No one was hurt in the robbery.

Police describe the suspect as a white man standing about 5-foot-7. He was wearing a black mask, a white hoodie and black track pants.
