New fine-dining restaurant open in downtown Burlington

Downtown Burlington has a new fine-dining restaurant.
Buvette Restaurant and Wine Bar recently opened its doors at 417 Elizabeth St., in Village Square.
The menu features an array of dishes, some that are even meant to be shared. There is a focus on seafood, like seared branzino and pescatore linguine, but classics like bone-in ribeye, rack of lamb and roasted chicken are also available.
In addition, there are vegetarian options like Moroccan spiced cauliflower, butternut squash ravioli and mushroom truffle pappardelle.
The wine list is extensive and includes dozens of options from Italy, France and the US.
The restaurant also features a dining room with an indoor glass solarium allowing guests to experience the outdoors with their meal.
