New restaurant with indoor glass solarium opening soon in Burlington

Burlington welcomes a new restaurant that promises “a dining experience unlike any other.”
Buvette Restaurant and Wine Bar is opening soon at 417 Elizabeth Street in Burlington’s historic Village Square.
Although they have not yet announced an official opening date, the restaurant says they are looking forward to welcoming guests to dine in their indoor glass solarium dining room.
The room has one entire wall of windows that stretches up behind plush, white booth seating to reach the ceiling and allow sunlight and warmth into the dining room.
The restaurant also features a private VIP dining area with seating for a party of 14.
Buvette will have an authentic menu with thoughtfully selected, fresh and locally sourced products.

The menu will include steaks and seafood and even beluga caviar and oysters.
A full bar will also be available with hand crafted cocktails and a great wine selection offered by the glass or bottle.
“Enjoy a dining experience unlike any other in our indoor glass solarium dining room by our double-sided fireplace or al fresco on our beautiful luxurious covered patio,” the restaurant’s Google profile said. “Buvette Restaurant is a perfect venue for corporate functions, birthdays, date nights, special occasions, entertaining clients or just a night out.”
