Crash closes busy downtown Hamilton intersection: Police

Police have provided an update.
A portion of Wellington Street North in downtown Hamilton is closed Thursday morning (Oct. 28) following a collision.
Hamilton Police said in a Tweet issued around 11 a.m. that their Collision Reconstruction Unit is investigating the crash near the intersection of Wellington and Barton Street E.
Details are scarce but police said they will provide an update on the collision when it becomes available.
Motorists may want to consider an alternate route in the meantime.
