The tariff war is ongoing between Canada and the United States, with no indication that it will end any time soon.
In response, many Canadians have said they’re looking to change their shopping habits to avoid buying American products.
In Ontario, the LCBO has pulled all U.S.-made products off of its shelves.

The Crown corporation has a list of products that are made in Canada.
Below is a look at 10 bottles of wine that the LCBO offers and says are made in Canada.
You can also see a list we have compiled of some beers and ciders, seltzers or coolers, and spirits that are made in Canada.
1. Jackson-Triggs

“For over 30 years, Jackson-Triggs has poured passion into winemaking, and we are proud to be an award-winning Canadian winery,” their website says.
Jackson-Triggs has estates in Niagara-on-the-Lake and Okanagan.
They have a variety of wines.
Their merlot has a 12 per cent alcohol content and currently sells for $11.95 ($1 off the normal price) at the LCBO for a 750 ml bottle. That sale ends on March 30.
“The smoothness of merlot is allowed to shine in this single varietal expression,” the LCBO description says.
Jackson-Triggs is owned by Arterra Wines Canada.
2. Girl’s Night Out

Girl’s Night Out is a popular, lighter wine beverage.
“The perfect accompaniment for good friends, great food and sunny afternoons,” the LCBO description says for the strawberry samba flavour.
It’s made by Colio wineries and comes in a variety of types, including sangria.
The strawberry samba has a 6.5 per cent alcohol content.
A 1500 ml bottle currently sells for $16.95 at the LCBO, which is $1 off its normal price. The sale ends March 30.
3. Bodacious

Bodacious offers a variety of wines, including their “smooth red.”
“A star in the Ontario market, Bodacious Smooth Red is a fruity, medium-sweet red that will surely please the crowd,” the LCBO description reads.
A 750 ml bottle sells for $11.95 at the LCBO and has a 12.5 per cent alcohol content.
Bodacious is a part of Arterra Wines Canada.
4. Peller Family Vineyards

“A proudly Canadian winery crafting quality wines from the heart of Ontario’s Niagara Peninsula,” Peller Estates’ website reads.
“Enjoyed at home or experienced at our award-winning Estate property in Niagara-on-the-Lake, our wines are always best served with family who are friends and friends who feel like family.”
Peller Estates has four wine collections.
The Peller Family Vineyards Red has an 11.5 per cent alcohol content.
A 4,000 ml box sells for $40.95 at the LCBO.
5. Trius

“Trius Winery is a Canadian winemaking pioneer that has been crafting fine VQA wines from premium grapes for over 40 years,” their website states.
“Nestled between the Niagara Escarpment and Lake Ontario, we harvest our grapes from four Niagara-on-the-Lake appellations to create distinctive varietals that reflect our region’s unique taste of place.”
The Trius Cabernet Sauvignon VQA has a 13 per cent alcohol content and currently sells for $15.95 for a 750 ml bottle at the LCBO, which is $2 off the normal price, with the sale ending March 30.
The Trius Winery is part of Andrew Peller, which owns Peller Estates.
6. Open

The Open Smooth Red VQA goes for $13.95 at the LCBO for a 750 ml bottle.
It has a 12.7 per cent alcohol content.
The LCBO says that the bottles it sells are made in Ontario.
Open wines are part of Arterra Wines Canada.
7. Pelee Island

The message “proudly Canadian” greets visitors to the Pelee Island Winery website.
“One hundred per cent grown and produced,” it says.
“Pelee Island is home to our 700+ acre farm in Canada’s warmest grape growing region with a winemaking history dating back more than 150 years,” the website says, adding that it is the “largest private estate winery in Canada.”
It’s located in Ontario, south of Windsor.
A 750 ml bottle of the Pelee Island Pinot Noir VQA currently sells for $15.95 at the LCBO, which is $1 off its normal price, with the sale ending March 30.
It has a 13 per cent alcohol content.
8. Sandbanks

“Sandbanks Estates winery is situated along the picturesque shores of Lake Ontario, in the heart of beautiful Prince Edward County,” their website reads.
“In 2001, founder Catherine Langlois purchased the land & planted 5+ acres of Baco Noir, Cabernet Franc, Riesling, Pinot noir, Vidal, Geisenheim and Marechal Foch.”
The Sandbanks Baco Noir VQA sells for $15.95 at the LCBO for a 750 ml bottle and has a 12 per cent alcohol content.
Sandbanks Estates is a part of Arterra Wines Canada.
9. Henry Family Estate of Pelham

“One thing unites every VQA wine produced by Henry of Pelham: the land,” their website says.
“Our family has lived on it for generations, and our vines have been putting down deep roots for decades. Every bottle captures this unique connection to our corner of Niagara.”
They have multiple types of wine.
The Henry of Pelham Baco Noir VQA sells for $16.95 at the LCBO for a 750 ml bottle and has a 13 per cent alcohol content.
10. Kittling Ridge

A visit to the Kittling Ridge website and you’re greeted with the message, “Proud of our Ontario roots for over 40 years.”
“For over 40 years, Kittling Ridge has been part of the wine renaissance in Ontario,” it says.
“Harvested from our vineyards in the heart of the Niagara Peninsula, these wines exemplify the elegance and richness of our cool-climate viticulture. We are also renowned for producing one of Canada’s first Icewines,” the site adds.
They offer a variety of types of wine.
The Kittling Ridge White Zinfandel Vidal sells for $10.95 at the LCBO for a 750 ml bottle and has a 10.5 per cent alcohol content.
