It looks like some inclement weather could be headed our way.
Environment Canada recently announced that a special weather statement is in effect for Mississauga and Brampton.
According to the weather agency, residents of both cities can expect up to 20 to 40 mm of rainfall.
Drivers should take extra precautions, as visibility could be reduced.
"A line of heavy showers over northern Toronto extending west towards Brampton has developed late this afternoon," the reports reads. "This area of showers may produce localized rainfall amounts of 20 to 40 mm by 7 PM this evening. Reduced visibility is expected under the heaviest showers."
Stay dry, everyone!
