Missing Whitby teenager found safe

A vulnerable teenager has been reported missing from his Whitby home since late last night.
Graeme Powell, 15 of Whitby, was last seen after midnight June 13 near his home on Walnut St and Centre St N. Durham Regional Police and Powell’s family are concerned for his well being.
Police describe Powell as white, standing 5’10” tall with a slim build. He has brown hair and wears black glasses. When last seen he was wearing a black tracksuit.
