A restaurant that went totally viral for their fried chicken after starting out as a pop-up during lockdowns is now opening their newest location, and it’s going to be in the Greater Toronto Area.
BTRMLK is known for their fried chicken, served in sandwiches, strips and bites. They also make loaded up fries, and while the fried chicken may be the star of the show, BTRMLK has also become well known for their ooey gooey mac n’ cheese.
Their range of dips might be just as viral as their fried chicken strips themselves, with videos of giant, crunchy Nashville hot chicken strips being dunked excessively into tubs of their dips getting hundreds of thousands of views on social media. Their dip flavours are their signature buttermilk, honey mustard, chipotle mayo, Buffalo, honey garlic and honey Buffalo.
“You’ve come to us, now we’re coming to you. Oakville. GTA. We’re ready for you. It all started as a pop-up in London five years ago. No storefront. No big plan. Just a passion for good food,” reads a post on social media from BTRMLK.
“We’re thrilled to announce that we are opening a brand new BTRMLK in Oakville! Over the years, demand from the GTA has been loud and clear, and we’re beyond grateful it’s brought us here. Thank you for believing in what we’re building. This is only the beginning.”

BTRMLK should be opening soon in Oakville at 280 North Service Rd W.
