A full-length video of Green Day performing in Mississauga has recently surfaced on Youtube.

The California-based pop-punk band performed at the Hershey Centre (now the Paramount Fine Foods Centre) on June 29, 2001 for a capacity crowd of over 5,000 as part of the Warning tour that took the band across North America.

The amateur footage shows the band in fine form that includes some crowd surfing on the part of leader Billy Joe Armstrong and audience members being pulled up on stage to play with the band.

Clocking in at one hour, 40 minutes, the video includes such hits as Welcome to Paradise, When I Come Around, Good Riddance and Warning.

The Hershey Centre date wasn’t the only time Green Day played Mississauga. The band returned in November, 2004 on the American Idiot tour and played Arrow Hall at the International Centre.
