Loaded guns used to make music video in Oshawa

Durham Police responded to an armed person call at an Oshawa townhouse complex early Sunday morning to find a group of young people filming a music video using two loaded guns.

Police received reports of a man brandishing a firearm while standing with a group of people and arrived on the scene near Park Road and Saguenay Avenue at 2:40 a.m. Sunday to discover several individuals in two vehicles filming a music video.

Officers removed all parties from the vehicles and found two firearms with loaded magazines.

Villatoro and the 16-year-old were held for bail hearings. Barclay Dylon Tajay Barclay, 19, of Whitby, Juan Pablo Alejandro Villatoro, 20, of Clarington, a 17-year-old from Oshawa and a 16-yearold from Oshawa were all charged with possession of a firearm without a licence, possession of loaded firearm and occupy a motor vehicle with a firearm.

The 16-year-old was also charged with fail to comply with a release order.

Villatoro and the 16-year-old male were held for a bail hearing. Barclay and the 17-year-old were released on undertakings.
