UPDATE: Suspects sought in relation to recent shooting in Brampton

Officers are continuing to search for the suspects of a shooting that took place in Brampton.

At 5:25 p.m. police responded to a shooting in the area of Queen Street and Finchgate Boulevard.

A 29 year old male victim was shot and taken to a trauma centre with non-life-threatening injuries.

The suspect vehicle is believed to be a red sedan.

Police are asking residents in the area to review any video/dashcam footage between the time of 5:00 p.m. to 5:20 p.m. for the vehicle, which was seen travelling southbound on Finchgate from Queen, to Clark Boulevard, then towards Torbram or Bramalea.
