UPDATE: QEW remains closed due to fatal collision

Around 6 p.m. this evening, a motorcycle collided with a transport truck and another passenger vehicle on the QEW westbound at Appleby Line in Burlington.
Around 6 p.m. this evening, a motorcycle collided with a transport truck and another passenger vehicle on the QEW westbound at Appleby Line in Burlington.
The driver of the motorcycle was taken to hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
The OPP collision reconstruction team and members of the Burlington OPP are on the scene, and the QEW westbound remains closed at Appleby Line.
