UPDATE: Intersection Remains Closed Hours After Multi-Vehicle Crash in Brampton

Residents should avoid the area of a collision that happened this morning (Monday, May 6).

Residents should avoid the area of a collision that happened this morning (Monday, May 6).

Police were called at 8:07 a.m. for an accident involving five vehicles, one a police cruiser, in the area of Dixie Road and Williams Parkway.

One officer was transported to local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Two other occupants from one vehicle were taken to local hospital as a precaution.

No other injuries have been reported, police say.
