Two from Hamilton plan to pay some bills after winning big with Encore, Daily Keno lotto plays

A little holiday luck struck Hamilton after a pair of residents won separate lotto plays.
Gregorio Bandonill matched the last six of seven Encore numbers in the exact order in the Nov. 5, 2021, Lotto Max draw to win $100,000. He also won $2 on another Encore selection, bringing his total winnings to $100,002.
The 69-year-old grandfather says he will share his win with his children and pay some bills.
The winning ticket was purchased at the Rexall on Mohawk Road in Hamilton.
That win came after Dwight Chen’s Daily Keno 8 Pick resulted in a $50,000 win in the Oct 22, 2021 midday draw. He also won $500 on his 5 Pick, bringing his total winnings to $50,500.

The father of three purchased the winning ticket at EZ Mart on Parkdale Avenue in Hamilton.
Both winners said they’d use the cash to pay some bills.
