According to Gol’s Lanzhou Noodle’s website, the company originated from Lanzhou, China and made its way—along with its Lanzhou beef noodle recipe—to Montreal four years ago.
“Montreal, also known as the little Paris of North America, has a variety of phenomenal foods and restaurants from all around the world. We learned and evolved alongside these outstanding restaurants,” the website reads.
“In those four years, our efforts earned us raving reviews and support from our customers in Montreal. We even met many Lanzhou locals with whom we have become fast friends.”
As far as food goes, the menu features a range of BBQ and noodle dishes.
Gol’s Lanzhou Noodle currently operates locations in Waterloo and Montreal.
The Square One location is the brand’s first in the GTA.
