Town of Milton reminding residents that GO-VAXX buses now require appointments

The Town of Milton is reminding residents that GO-VAXX buses will now require appointments.
The Ontario government has partnered with Metrolinx to provide GO bus mobile COVID-19 vaccine clinics. As a result, some GO buses have been converted to ‘GO-VAXX’ buses, meant to target those who have yet to receive their first, second or booster doses of the vaccine.
The buses, which recently made another stop in Milton this past week, had been retrofitted to issue up to 200 COVID-19 vaccines per day, including booster shots.
The day that the buses came to Milton, the Town issued a reminder that appointments were required.
Reminder- If you don’t have an appointment booked for today’s clinic in #MiltonON, please do not go. Walk-ins are no longer accepted.
If the clinic isn’t showing on the provincial booking site that means it is fully booked. Only available clinics will show. https://t.co/UJbOOVGBQA

Residents are reminded that future GO-VAXX clinics in Milton will also be by appointment only and that walk-ins will no longer be accepted.
