Movies at Celebration Square

Every Thursday evening over the summer, hundreds of people (or more, depending on the movie and the weather) gather at Celebration Square to watch movies on the big screens. On the Verandah – Concert Series

Mississauga has quit a few historical buildings and one of the nicest is the Benerares Historic House.  Every Friday over the summer they have outdoor summer concerts. You will hear all types of music, including jazz, brass, cultural music, covers, orchestras and so much more. You donate what you can at this event, but I’m sure once you have a great night out your fin will be well spent.

Sunset Concert Series

The Sunset Concert Series takes place every Sunday by the Port Credit lakefront during the summer. Listen to all types of live music from Latin, Jazz, Big Band, covers, swing, and folk. There is something for everyone. It’s a great way to end a weekend.

Port Street Market Events

During the summer months, Port Street Market has tons of free performances over Saturday and Sunday between 2 and 5 pm. Listen to live music while sitting on the grass, having a coffee, sitting on the patio or having ice cream right in the heart of Port Credit directly in front of Ten Restaurant.
