Three women, one man charged in Niagara Falls drug bust

Two Niagara Falls women, a Niagara-on-the-Lake man and a St. Catharines woman were charged after a month-long investigation by Niagara Police into drug trafficking in the Niagara Falls area.

Yesterday afternoon (May 31), the police got a warrant to search a home in the Green Avenue and Rysdale Street area of Niagara Falls and found 104.4 grams of cocaine, 25.1 grams of fentanyl, .07 grams of crystal meth, as well as $1,980 believed to be crime cash.

The estimated street value of the seized drugs is $16,080.

Cathy Dennis, 48, of Niagara Falls has been charged with two counts of drug possession for trafficking, one count of drug possession and one count of possession of crime cash.

Candy Stewart, 53, of Niagara Falls has been charged with two counts of drug possession for trafficking and one count of possession of crime cash.

Christopher Judge, 47, of Niagara-On-The-Lake has been charged with two counts of drug possession for trafficking and one count of possession of crime cash.

Rebecca McDonald, 39, of St. Catharines has been charged with two counts of drug possession for trafficking and one count of possession of crime cash.

All four have all been released and are scheduled to attend the courthouse in St. Catharines on August 4 at 9 am.
