There’s a free lottery contest with a top prize of $1 million in Ontario

The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation is continuing its 50th anniversary celebrations by offering residents a free chance to win some prizes.

The OLG said that Ontario residents can enter the “Welcome to Wintario Contest” with no purchase required.

There’s a grand prize of $1 million, plus 50 prizes of $1,000.

“OLG’s Welcome to Wintario 50th anniversary celebrations kicked off in June to commemorate five decades of play, community support and lasting impact,” the OLG said.

The Welcome to Wintario Contest runs until Oct. 19 and is open to all Ontario residents aged 18 and older, with a limit of one entry per person.
