There will be a special light show in Mississauga this New Year's Eve

Normally, many of you would be planning to ring in the New Year with friends and family but this year, things are very different.
All year long, 2020 celebrations have been far from normal, but places in the city are still working hard to make New Year’s special for everyone who will be celebrating the holidays at home.
This New Year’s Eve, there will be a special light show that Mississauga residents can follow along with.
The Absolute World (Marilyn Monroe) Skyline Lightshow brings customized light shows for holidays, events and various charities.
Even though 2020 will come to a close under the Grey Lockdown measures, Absolute World will fil the skyline with a custom rooftop light show playing along-side the Celebration Square NYE Playlist.
The show is set to start at 10:35 p.m. tonight (Dec 31) and will continue into the new year.
Each song on the Celebration Square Playlist will have a custom display and there will be a 10-second countdown at 11:59:50 p.m.
Ring in the new year safely and enjoy a colourful light display as your own personal backdrop.
For instructions on how to participate and link up the Spotify playlist, check out Absolute World’s Facebook page.
