There were some big winners from Wednesday night’s Lotto 6/49 draw.
One Ontario ticket matched all six numbers in the classic draw to win the $5 million jackpot.
That ticket was sold in Brantford, the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation told INsauga.com.
Also in the classic draw, one ticket sold in British Columbia got five out of six numbers plus the bonus to win $143,758.50, the British Columbia Lottery Corporation said.

For the gold ball draw, a white ball was pulled, meaning a $1 million prize was handed out instead of the $10 million jackpot.
A ticket sold in Ontario’s Halton Region won that $1 million prize, the OLG said.
Here’s a look at the winning numbers for the Wednesday, May 20 Lotto 6/49 draw, according to the OLG:
Classic draw: 04 13 14 20 22 47 Bonus 10
Gold ball draw ($1 million prize): 52576999-03
Meanwhile, in last Saturday’s Lotto 6/49 draw, a ticket sold in Manitoba won a $46 million gold ball jackpot, while the classic jackpot was split between two tickets.
The next Lotto 6/49 draw on Saturday, May 23 will feature the classic jackpot at its fixed $5 million, as well as the gold ball jackpot at $12 million, or a $1 million prize.
