Teen facing charges after reports of sexual violence, harassment at high school in Hamilton

Police say a 17 year old male is facing charges after reports of sexual violence and sexual harassment came out at Waterdown District High School in Hamilton.
“The incidents took place both on and off school property,” said police.
The male was arrested on Wednesday, Jan. 5 and will appear in court on Friday, Feb. 25.
He is charged with:
- Four counts of Sexual Assault
- Four counts of Sexual Interference
- Invitation to Sexual Touching
- Indecent Act
His identity is protected under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
