Want to help clean up local parks in Mississauga?

Mississauga residents in the Meadowvale Village community are invited to help tidy up their neighbourhood!

To celebrate Earth Day and Spring Cleaning, multiple community events will be held soon to clean up several Meadowvale Village parks and public spaces in the coming weeks.

These events are open to the public via the Sam McDadi Real Estate team, which will provide the necessary tools to get cleaning: Gloves, bags, and even a reusable shopping bag as a takeaway gift.

Melting winter snow recently turned up a huge amount of discarded trash on Mississauga streets, in parks, rivers and streams, and elsewhere – directly showcasing how important it is to make sure we all do our part to clean up.

As part of recent Earth Day events, City of Mississauga officials began encouraging residents to do their part in keeping the city’s parks and neighbourhoods tidy. You can do your part by joining Team McDadi at one of the aforementioned locations in the coming weeks. Every little bit helps!

Join them at the following locations and times:

• Golden Hills Park, Mississauga – April 30th, 1pm
  One of many parks in Meadowvale Village, Golden Hills is a lovely little spot with a playground and soccer field.

• Horseshoe Park, Mississauga – May 15th, 10am
  The next location on McDadi’s list is the spacious Horseshoe Park, featuring a playground and soccer field.

• Veronica Catholic School, Mississauga – May 15th, 12pm
  The area of St. Veronica Catholic School and Novo Star Park is a popular spot for students to hang out and get some fresh air. The park includes a playground, soccer field, and softball diamond.
