A single-vehicle crash in Caledon led to impaired charges for a Brampton driver.
Police responded to the crash on Highway 10 near King Street in Caledon around 12:30 a.m. on March 26, OPP said in a press release.
No injuries were reported.
Vishvajeet Saggu, 31, of Brampton was charged with operation while impaired – alcohol, and operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration over the legal limit.
The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Orangeville on April 11.
The driver’s vehicle was impounded for a period of seven days, and their driver’s licence was suspended for 90 days.
