Shots fired in Oakville early Sunday morning

Residents of an Oakville neighbourhood had their quiet Sunday morning interrupted by reports of gun shots.
Halton Regional Police are investigating “sounds of gunfire” in Oakville on Sunday morning, around 5;00 a.m. in the morning.
Officers were dispatched to the area of Kerr Street and Stewart Street in Oakville and found confirmed shots fired.
One person has been arrested.
No injures have been reported.
Expect police presence in the area and major delays as the investigation continues.
