Shooting investigation in Mississauga after man injured

A dangerous weapons investigation is underway in Mississauga after an injured man walked into the hospital.
Information is preliminary, but the Peel Regional Police received a call at 8:34 p.m. on Friday night (March 25) about the man walking into a clinic at Hurontario Street and Queensway West, which is the location of the Mississauga Hospital. The police now say it is unknown whether the man’s physical injuries were caused by a gunshot, but that he did have “obvious signs” of trauma.
The victim’s physical injuries are now considered “undetermined.” A prelimintary report indicated they were critical.

– Injuries to the victim are now undetermined. Unknown if injuries were caused by gunshot.
