UPDATE: Man pronounced dead after walking into Mississauga hospital with serious injuries

Police are investigating the circumstances of a man’s death in Mississauga on Friday (Mar. 25).
At around 8:30 p.m., a man walked into Mississauga Hospital in the area of Hurontario and Queensway West, suffering from what police initially believed were serious gunshot wounds.
He succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the hospital at 8:41 p.m.
Police later stated that the victim’s injuries are “undetermined” and could not confirm whether or not they were caused by gunshots.
Police have reiterated that the victim did suffer from obvious signs of trauma.
The investigation into this incident is ongoing and there is no suspect information at this time.
