Road Closed for Stolen Car Investigation in Brampton

Part of a Brampton road is closed due to a police investigation.

Shortly after 9:30 a.m., Peel police said that Wanless Dr is closed between McLaughin Rd. and VanKirk Dr. for an investigation involving the recovery of a reportedly stolen vehicle.

Police say westbound Wanless will open shortly, but the closure of the eastbound lanes is expected to continue.

Drivers should expect delay and find alternative routes.
