RECALL: Popular spice brand recalled in Canada

A certain seafood product has been recalled in Canada.

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency said that the North Shore Fishery brand Frozen Cumin Flavour Shrimp is the affected product.

It is 300 g in size, has the UPC number 8 00794 39087 1, as well as these codes: Lot: 39087 20260907; VN443IV030; Best Before: 2026.09.07.

Officials said it is being pulled from shelves due to undeclared wheat.

It was distributed in Ontario, British Columbia, and Alberta.

“Do not use, sell, serve or distribute the affected product,” the CFIA said.
