Nearly 1,000 vehicles have been recalled in Canada due to an issue that could affect their rearview cameras.
Transport Canada said in a notice that water could leak into the rearview camera on the impacted vehicles, causing the image to not display correctly or at all.
“A rearview camera image that doesn’t display correctly could reduce a driver’s ability to see behind the vehicle while backing up. This could increase the risk of a crash,” officials said.
The recall is from Honda.
