Tory Lanez, the Brampton rapper serving time for the shooting of hip-hop star Megan Thee Stallion, has reportedly been rushed to hospital following a stabbing in prison.
Lanez, born Daystar Shemuel Shua Peterson, was reportedly stabbed in the yard of a California Correctional Institution on Monday, according to a report from TMZ.
The Brampton rapper was stabbed by another inmate and transported to a hospital in Bakersfield, but no details about his condition or the nature of the injury have been reported.

Lanes was found guilty last year of shooting Stallion in July 2020.
Stallion testified during the trial that Lanez fired the gun at the back of her feet and shouted for her to dance as she walked away from an SUV after leaving a party at reality TV star Kylie Jenner’s Hollywood Hills home.
Lanez was found guilty of first-degree assault with a firearm, discharge of a firearm with gross negligence and having a concealed firearm.
He is currently serving a 10-year prison sentence in California and has plans to release a new album while incarcerated.
