Eighty-five-year-old Irena Jablonka was last seen leaving Creekway Village on Corporate Drive today at 5 p.m. 

She’s described as white, approximately 4’8″ tall, with grey hair and glasses. She was last seen wearing an ivory coat, with black shoes and a small black purse. 

anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is urged to call 9-1-1.
