Police search for Mississauga man who’s been missing for more than a week

Police are appealing for the public’s help in finding a Mississauga man who’s been missing for more than a week.

Peel Regional Police say Triet Leng, 45, was last seen on Sunday, Aug. 14 at about 3 p.m. in the area of Dixie Rd. and Shawson Dr. in the city’s east end.

Officers with the Peel police 12 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau say both they and the man’s family are concerned for his well-being.

Leng is described as 5-foot-6, 140 pounds, with short black hair and no facial hair. He may have a chinstrap beard or stubble, police note.

He was last seen wearing a long sleeve red hoodie or sweatshirt, red Ferrari baseball cap, brown shorts and red shoes.
