The second phase of Mattamy Homes’ ClockWork condo community at Upper Joshua Creek in Oakville is here.

With phase one of the condo community located Dundas St. and Ninth Line sold out, the stylish 1 and 2 bedroom suites with built-in smart technology and innovative home designs should draw the same excitement.

Designed to “provide the culture and experiences you envision for the next chapter in your journey,” Phase Two is 12 storeys with 174 residential suites and its exterior features masonry accented with a gold cover.

The condo community aims to provide a community with an ideal mix of social, recreational and career amenities.

It features a communal plaza that lets residents sit back and take in the day as well as a welcoming lobby with entrances on the north and south sides.

The social lounge is connected to a rooftop terrace which features gardens and trees and views of the Niagara Escarpment, as well as barbecue stations and an outdoor lounging area.

The fitness studio is surrounded by floor-to-floor ceiling windows and includes a yoga room.

The bedroom suites are just as luxurious with in-suite laundry, a kitchen island with a breakfast bar and a balcony or terrace off of the living room and large windows that will allow for tons of sunlight.

The SmartHome technology includes keyless entry, remote access and security, as well as an in-unit thermostat control and video calling.

Automated vehicle entry for access to the underground parking is also provided.

Residents can also benefit from ClockWork’s underground geothermal system that allows each suite to be heated and cooled with its own heat pump.

The system uses no fossil fuels and helps keep heating and cooling costs in check. Natural heat is stored in the ground and collected which allows each suite to have a steady temperature and humidity control.

ClockWork is located close to highways 403, 407 and the QEW, as well as nearby schools, restaurants and shopping areas.
