Person Trapped at Major Mississauga Intersection

A crash has emergency crews on scene in Mississauga early Wednesday.
One person is trapped in a vehicle, say Peel police.
The collision is at Dixie Rd. and Eglinton Ave. E. at 8 a.m.
It’s blocking southbound traffic on Dixie.
Avoid the area.
UPDATE: A male victim has been removed from the vehicle, say police. Paramedics are taking him to a local hospital.
