The Town of Oakville has announced Thursday’s (September 23) screening of Angry Inuk has been relocated.

Leading up to National Day for Truth and Reconciliation the Town of Oakville, Indigenous community leaders, the Oakville Public Library, and other partners are organizing a film series featuring outdoor screenings of movies that discuss our shared responsibility to care for the Earth.

However, due to recent heavy rain, Thursday’s screening will be moved to Rehearsal Hall at Queen Elizabeth Park Community and Cultural Centre, located at 2302 Bridge Road.

In compliance with Ontario’s new guidelines, proof of vaccination will be required for admission.

Tickets are available through the Oakville Centre for the Performing Arts free of charge.

The event will still begin at the same time—activities will start at 6:30 p.m., followed by the presentation of the film at 7 p.m.
