Oshawa Blue Knights cap perfect U17 lacrosse season with no doubt win over Oakville in Ontario final

The Oshawa Blue Knights U17 field lacrosse squad capped off a perfect season in impressive fashion, running the table at the Provincial championships in Brampton last weekend to capture the gold medal.
The midget boys crushed Oakville in the final 16-4, played at Creditview Sports Fields in Brampton.
The Blue knights team went 10-0 during the regular season before the trip to Brampton, where they pasted Peterborough 18-1 Sunday morning, following that up with a 13-2 walkover against St. Catharines in the afternoon.
Monday morning’s encounter with Kitchener-Waterloo had similar results, with Oshawa winning handily 14-2, setting up the final against Oakville.
With the short field season complete, most of the players will now prepare for the box lacrosse season.
