Open concept home sells for $300,000 under asking in Mississauga

A house located in the East Credit neighbourhood in Mississauga has sold for $299,999 below the listing price, but well above what it was bought for seven years ago.

Located on Wesson Crt. near Bristol Rd. and Creditview Rd. sold for $1,900,000 back on May 9. The asking price was $2,199,999 and was on the market for 11 days.

However, the house had previously sold back in 2015 for $905,000.

The average price for homes sold in this neighbourhood this past April – which saw 45 properties listed – has been $1,705,000.

The detached, two-storey backsplit has 3,000 square-feet of living space and is located on a cul-de-sac. An open concept home, has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and finished basement apartment. It has a double-car garage but room to fit four more vehicles in the driveway.
It situated near both and elementary and high school and is a short drive to Highway 401.
