One of the most popular restaurants is closing in Brampton

It’s the end of an era for this popular downtown Brampton restaurant.
J. Red & Co. will be closing its doors permanently on July 23, 2022 after going through an “unprecedented couple of years.”
“These last couple of years have been incredibly difficult for us to operate and especially since we were able to reopen fully, it’s been one circumstance after another and finally the costs are just to great to bear,” the J. Red & Co. team said on social media.
“We’ve had an exceptional run as a restaurant filled with magnificent people.”
The restaurant thanked its staff and customers for the years of support.
During the restaurant’s seven years of service, the menu changed constantly, but was perhaps known best for its selection of shareables, burgers, woodfired pizzas, popular main dishes such as the Chicken and Waffles, and a wide selection of cocktails, beer and wine.

The restaurant also regularly featured live music and entertainment, among other events.
J. Red & Co.’s last day of service will be on Saturday, July 23.
