One of the fastest-growing restaurant chains in Canada opens new location in Mississauga

One of the fastest-growing restaurant chains in Canada has opened in Square One in Mississauga.
After months of anticipation, Pür & Simple opened in Square One, 100 City Centre Dr., this summer.
The breakfast chain is one of Canada’s fastest-growing franchises, with about 35 locations opened across the county at the end of 2022, according to their website. The Square One location is the second in Mississauga — the first is at Heartland Town Centre.
There are also locations in Brampton, Hamilton, Burlington and Oakville.
The restaurant is known for its all-day breakfast menu, which includes a variety of gourmet omelettes, homemade waffles, buttermilk pancakes, sweet and savoury crepes, avocado toast, skillets and more.
The breakfast spot prides itself on taking “unexpected twists on classic recipes,” according to their website.
Benedicts, for example, come in several different varieties including a Santa Fe with black beans and avocado, a Norwegian with smoked salmon, and a Chicago loaded with meat – bacon, ham and sausage.
And there is a selection of smoothies and coffees.
They also do lunch with burgers, grilled cheese, a chicken wrap called the “Cluck Norris”, and chicken or steak tacos.
