Popular breakfast and lunch restaurant to open soon at Square One in Mississauga

A popular Canadian breakfast and lunch spot will soon open its doors at Square One Shopping Centre, the chain’s second Mississauga location.
Quebec-based Pur & Simple, which promises to transform an otherwise simple breakfast into “a purely decadent and authentic experience,” already operates one Mississauga location at Heartland Town Centre (6045 Mavis Rd.).
And now it’s poised to open a restaurant at the largest shopping mall in Ontario. The exact opening date has yet to be determined, but it’s likely to be sometime next April or May.
From gourmet pancakes, crepes and homemade waffles to skillet dishes, gourmet omelettes and eggs done a number of different ways, the all-day breakfast menu offers something for everyone–of all ages.
On the lunch menu, you’ll find all the traditional favourites including a variety of burgers, chicken sandwiches and wraps, a Philly sandwich and if you’re in the mood for Mexican, there are tacos to be had.
A selection of smoothies and coffees complete the dining experience.

“You will find lots of familiar stuff on our menu, but if you want to try something different we have that, too. Each of our dishes takes unexpected twists on classic recipes, so you can discover bold new flavours within your comfort zone.”
The popular restaurant operates numerous locations throughout Canada and Ontario (including Hamilton, Burlington, Brampton and Oakville).
