A proposed subdivision development would see 38 homes and 96 condominium townhouse units built in Oakville if approved.

The project is slated for lands located on the west side of Bronte Rd., south of Upper Middle Rd., west of Saw Whet Blvd.

Plans include 38 single detached homes, including one existing home, along with a block of 96 future condominium townhouse units, which would also include relocation of a listed heritage house along Bronte Rd.

The development would also include a buffer area and woodlot and be connected via a series of public and private roads.

A public meeting to discuss the proposal will be held May 2 at 6:30 p.m. via a live stream at youtube.com/TownofOakvilleTV.

Members of the public who want to take part in the discussion can contact the Town of Oakville at 905-815-6015.
