A driver has been charged with operation of an unsafe vehicle after they were seen driving with a popped tire in Oakville.

Members of Halton Regional Police’s District Response Team responded to a portion of Dundas St. after receiving a call from a concerned citizen.

Police say the vehicle was seen actively driving down Dundas St. with a popped front driver’s side tire. The vehicle continued to drive on the rim.

Numerous other defects with the car resulted in the driver being charged with operating an unsafe vehicle. The license plates were also seized.
