No matter what your age, you can design a bookmark for Burlington library contest

The deadline for the Burlington Public Library bookmark design contest is just around the corner.
The BPL needs your help creating its 2023 bookmark design.
This year, they’re inviting you to create a bookmark inspired by your favourite book.
To enter, you can download and print an entry form (on letter size paper), create your design within the rectangle, and drop it off at any branch. Or you can enter online by scanning your design and submitting it using the form below (just make sure it’s a rectangle sized at 2.5″ x 8.5″!). You may enter a design if you live, work, or attend school in Burlington.
Finalists selected in each category will have their designs featured on our website for public voting:
- 5 years and under
- 6 to 12 years
- 13 to 17 years
- 18 years and older
Winners will have their design professionally printed and distributed by Burlington Public Library in 2023.

The contest closes Feb. 12. One entry per person. By entering, you consent to sharing your first name, last initial, and age category if selected as a finalist.
