New Oakville restaurant has tons of Middle Eastern cuisine on the menu

Oakville residents who love kebabs and other Middle Eastern food have a new restaurant to check out.
Ornina Kebab opened recently at 3420 Rebecca St. near Great Lakes Blvd.
The restaurant’s extensive menu features Middle Eastern staples such as kebabs, kofta, falafel, man’ousha and more, with a wide variety of platters, wraps, appetizers and freshly baked items to choose from.
The restaurant says its ingredients are fresh and locally sourced, including “all halal chicken, AAA rated beef and lamb.”

“We invite you for a taste of Syria, the land of Ornina, where Ornina was a singer of Ishtar’s temple in the kingdom of Mari. Our menu is prepared in-house from scratch with fresh ingredients sourced from local farmers,” says the Ornina Kebab team.
