Oxford Properties will be hosting a groundbreaking ceremony later this month for a new industrial multi-phased development in Milton.

The ceremony will take place on the future site of the James Snow Business Park (JSBP), which is a 3.3 million-square-foot industrial development that is set to feature 14 buildings across 180 acres.

The development will feature four buildings located at 10725 Louis St. Laurent Ave., 6440 Fifth Line and 905 and 955 James Snow Pkwy South.

It is set to combine state-of-the-art industrial and commercial buildings with a sustainable design and will feature multiple buildings that will harness the power of solar energy, infrared heating and eco-friendly lighting.

It will aim to serve as a workplace for employees and an ideal location to conduct logistics and business.

According to the Master Plan, the JSBP will combine a sustainable design with urban esthetics and will integrate “the foundations of the modern workplace into the natural world.”

A Canadian Pacific Railway access port will be located 13 minutes from the park and will directly connect Milton to key markets across North America.

The multi-phased development will be completed over three phases with the anticipated delivery date for Phase 1 being 2023.
