New gas station opening in the heart of Streetsville in Mississauga

It’s almost hard to believe but new gas stations do get built over time, instead of just popping up one day at the local intersection.
A new Esso gas station in Streetsville appears to be ready to open soon off of Mississauga Rd near Erin Centre Blvd.
The location was the site of an old gas station that closed about five years ago (whose sign you can still see in the photo if you look hard enough).
As for when the station will be ready to start servicing vehicles hasn’t been confirmed yet.
Esso currently operates only 30 stations throughout Mississauga and is continuing to expand with new locations like this one.
