The competition for the Hamilton restaurant that can boast the most roast is getting even more fired up.

Big Bone BBQ and Wicked Wings, which is part of a chain that has been serving up Southern-style delicacies for more than a quarter-century at locations across Southern Ontario, has opened a new location in Dundas. The recently opened restaurant is in the Spring Creek Plaza at 244 Governors Road.

It is open daily from 12 noon till 8 p.m., and offers takeout as an option. Ribs, of course, are a signature offering, but Big Bone also says its chicken wings are marinated for two days before they are slow-cooked. There are also 23 options for wing sauces.
